You can track your order using the tracking information found in your shipping confirmation.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €7.00 via Postnl and €6.90 via DPD.

We want our customers to be satisfied. If for any reason you wish to return a product, you can download our return form. You can find it here.

If we receive the product in good condition, we will refund your money within 14 days.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, we are extremely sorry! To help you, we kindly ask you to fill in the requested information via our claim form here.

This warranty does not apply to intentional damage, products already used by cats, abnormal storage, modifications or improper or unreasonable use.

Once we have all the requested information, we will assess your warranty claim and confirm the outcome by email. If we find that your claim is incomplete or if additional information is needed, we will contact you.

Please note that all requested additional information must be returned to us within 30 days of the initial request, otherwise your claim will be closed.

Once an order has been accepted, we can no longer stop its shipment. However, you can return the products within 30 days of the purchase date, provided this is in accordance with our return policy.

Please ensure that the products are in a resalable condition. We will refund you the full amount you paid for the returned products, unless they arrive damaged.
